Withdrawal of consent

 

You can withdraw your consent to the use of your biospecimen at any time without giving any reason or facing any negative consequences. Once you withdraw your consent, your biospecimen will be destroyed and the associated data will be deleted or used for further research purposes in an anonymized fashion that cannot be traced back to you.

Please inform your study leader, who is noted on your consent form about the use of your biospecimen, about your withdrawal of consent.
