Important general information 

The MHH is a public institution. Only patients with statutory and private health insurance are treated here. For treatment in our clinic, you usually need a referral from your dermatologist, pediatrician or allergist.

For urgent indications, please contact your family doctor or call 116 117.

For patients who do not speak German or English, an accompanning interpreter/transplator is mandatory. 
 

Outpatient clinic for privately insured patients

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 14:00 h to 16:00 h

We recommend to use the afternoon hours preferably for your registration.

Outpatient clinic for patients with statutory health insurance

General:
We prefer to receive registrations via your dermatological specialist practice by fax registration with preliminary results. For your treatment you need a valid referral.

Emergency treatment

The treatment of emergency patients (acute emergencies!!) in the specialties of dermatology and allergology is provided by the Central Emergency Department (ZNA) of the MHH.
