My personal data will be stored and processed on the server of the MHH data center in accordance with data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR. The employees of the International Office have access to the data. The processing of the personal data provided by me serves the purpose of event registration and contacting me. My personal data will only be passed on within MHH to those areas and persons who need this data to fulfill contractual and legal obligations or to implement the legitimate interest of MHH. It may also be forwarded anonymously to the third-party funder for statistical purposes. Once my data has been collected by the International Office, it will be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose. As a rule, this means that my personal data will be deleted or anonymized after the statutory retention period has expired. In the event of a revocation, my data that I have provided via the contact form will be deleted.
