The first five students ended this Thursday their 8 weeks stay at the LEBAO, the Clinic for Pediatric Pneumology, Allergology and Neonatology and the Institute of Quantum Optics (Leibniz University) at NIFE in a final poster presentations about their research.

Jada, Jasmin, Elli, Justin and Stephen are the first cohort of students coming to MHH supported by the International Research Experience for Students (IRES) grant funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF).

During their stay, the students not only completed their research and training program but also made new friends and future possible research cooperation partner.

The stay of the students was a total success and we are looking forward to next year’s students!
