                        in physiological and cardiomyopathy conditions

Main Research Focus

  • Functional investigation of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy causing mutations.
  • Investigation of the modulatory role of myosin light chains.

 

Experience:

  • Recombinant protein expression and purification, cell culture, in vitro motility, western blotting, laboratory animal handling, immunofluorescence.
  • Scientific illustration using Inkscape and Blender, image analysis automation using ImageJ, ChimeraX, Python, HTML.
  • Teaching practical courses for human medicine and dentistry students.
