- Functional investigation of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy causing mutations.
- Investigation of the modulatory role of myosin light chains.

- Recombinant protein expression and purification, cell culture, in vitro motility, western blotting, laboratory animal handling, immunofluorescence.
- Scientific illustration using Inkscape and Blender, image analysis automation using ImageJ, ChimeraX, Python, HTML.
