Photo exhibition "European Nature Photographer of the Year 2021" by the Society for Nature Photography e.V. is presented at the MHH
Wonderful wilderness, stunning perspectives, creative compositions: The impressive photo exhibition "European Nature Photographer of the Year 2021" by the Society for Nature Photography (GDT) has found its way to Hanover for the first time and is being presented by the Photography & Communication Association in the art gallery of Hannover Medical School (MHH). Patients, visitors, staff and students of the MHH will have the opportunity to marvel at the award-winning photographs at the university.
Every year, the GDT organises a competition that is one of the most prestigious in nature photography. An international jury of experts selects the best images in nine categories as well as the Fritz Pölking Prize. The resulting exhibition is shown at different venues in the following years.
Now on display in the MHH art gallery are a total of 89 fascinating nature photographs that won first or second place in the competition or received an honorable mention. The "European Nature Photographer of the Year 2021" exhibition thus offers unique insights into the diversity and beauty of nature photography.
