Performance on 30 March with works by Brahms and Schubert in the Neustädter Hof- und Stadtkirche.

Hannover Medical School (MHH) is 60 years old! To mark this anniversary, the university's choir and symphony orchestra will perform two famous Romantic works: Franz Schubert's ‘Unfinished’ and Johannes Brahms' “Ein deutsches Requiem”.
The concert will be performed on Sunday, 30 March 2025, at 6 p.m. in the Neustädter Hof- und Stadt- kirche (Rote Reihe 8, 30169 Hanover), with admission starting at 5.15 pm. Admission costs 25 euros (concessions 15 euros), tickets are available from 15 February 2025 at the bookshop at the Marktkirche and at the bookshop at the Marktkirche and the Lehmanns bookshop in the MHH. The MHH symphony orchestra, conducted by Malte Gerlach, will include strings, a variety of wind instruments, timpani and a harp. The MHH Choir, directed by Eva Filler, is made up of students, staff and alumni of the university as well as members of many other professional groups who are united by their love of choral music. Solo parts are performed by Annemarie Pfahler (soprano) and Josua Bernbeck (baritone).
