Lika Drakhlis, PhD, from the Leibniz Research Laboratories for Biotechnology and Artificial Organs (LEBAO) has been awarded the Research Prize of the Dresden Cardiovascular Days (DHKT) for her research work on ‘Complex cardiohepatic organoids for advanced drug testing’. The prize is endowed with 20,000 euros.
