We are looking for young researchers who are willing to present their latest research on Hepatitis E at our symposium in Berlin. Time slots for the poster presentations have been reserved in the program of our conference. The poster session is an opportunity for young researchers to present their research to an international audience and discuss it with distinguished scientists and specialists from different institutions. We are looking forward to interesting submissions and a fruitful discussion.
Abstracts concerning the following topics can be submitted:
- Outcome prediction for Hepatitis E
- Personalized medicine for Hepatitis E
- Diagnostics for Hepatitis E Virus Infection
- Novel Therapeutics for Hepatitis E Virus Infections
The abstract deadline has expired.
Authors whose abstract has been successfully reviewed and accepted have received a confirmation email with detailed information.
Please put up your poster on Friday, January 17th, 2025 until 15.00 pm in the designated area and do not remove before the end of the conference on January 18th, 2025. Please make sure to be present in front of your poster during the poster sessions along with the coffee breaks.

Formal guidelines:
- Posters should be printed in A0 format (width x height in mm: 841 x 1189 or 70 x 100), both sizes are fine.
- Posters should be created in portrait format (not landscape).
- There are no specific format requirements in terms of fonts or number of characters.
However, we recommend keeping accessibility in mind when designing your poster.
- Alternatively, we offer you the service of printing your poster free of charge, provided that you send us a printable PDF file
in original format (A0 without crop marks), make sure the resolution is printable, no later than Sunday, January 12, 2025, 11:59 p.m.
If you would like to use this service, please note the following:
- File format: PDF in original format setting: DIN A0 (width x height in mm: 841 x 1189), portrait format (not landscape)
- File size: PDF files smaller than 5MB can be sent directly by e-mail to kongress-ghe@mh-hannover.de
- PDF files from 5MB and no larger than 20MB can be sent via download link (e.g. https://wetransfer.com).
- Deadline for this service: Send your poster PDF file no later than Sunday, January 12, 23:59 p.m.
- Once the poster has been sent, no changes can be made.
- Your Poster can be collected at the registration area at the meeting venue, on 17th January from 13.45pm to 15.00pm.
- Please do send only printable PDF files in the original format as described. Powerpoint files will not be considered.
• Materials (e.g., pins, tape) to tag your poster to the boards will be provided on site
• Posters should remain on display until the end of the conference on January 18th, 2025.
• Posters not removed after the conclusion of the conference will be discarded
